These terms govern your use of Cabal Realm, including marketplace listings, community profiles, and account features.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cabal Realm, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and participate in marketplace activity. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Marketplace & trades
Cabal Realm provides tools for players to list and discover Cabal Online accounts and related services. We are not a party to private trades between users unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for verifying counterparties and following safe trading practices.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Cabal Realm to scam, harass, impersonate others, launder funds, distribute malware, or violate applicable law or game publisher terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will bump the policy version and ask you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use authenticated features.
